All orders enjoy FREE SHIPPING with delivery to an address within the 48 contiguous states. Depending on size and contents parcels ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx or Freight. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Porto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands or other countries at this time.
You will receive a tracking number via your email as soon as your item is shipped. Alternatively, you can log into your account to view the tracking information.
For large items, you may receive them in multiple boxes. If you ordered two or more items, you may receive your items in multiple boxes on different days, due to availability and shipping locations.

We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way. You can return most items for a refund within 90 days of delivery.
The item must be:
In its original, undamaged condition.
Disassembled, if the item was originally delivered disassembled in its original packaging.
Furniture that has been assembled or installed cannot be returned.
If the original packaging is too damaged to be shipped back, please use a similar sized box.
These items that can’t be returned: any product with custom finishes, special orders, or made to order.
If your item is damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.
For your protection, your return must be shipped via a carrier that can provide full tracking information including delivery confirmation. We will not be able to issue a credit if we cannot confirm delivery of the item.
We make every effort to pack items so they will arrive at your door safely. Despite our best efforts, sometimes breakage does occur.
Please scan the packaging for visible damages when they arrive. If the box appears damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative and contact us within 24 hours of receiving delivery. Make sure to keep all packing boxes and materials for return. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no cost.
